I make bread with a bread machine and used to buy my flour in 20 lb bags at a "big box" store.
I bought a new bread machine and gave my old one to my niece. She invited me to dinner and proudly served her bread made in my old machine with my recipe. It look and tasted "much" better than the bread I was currently making. I learned that the only difference in our recipes was her use of King Arthur flour.
I tried it and sure enough King Arthur Bread flour makes much better bread in my bread machine than any other flour I had used.
